La vertiente musical de The Anthology Collection , originalmente seleccionada por George Martin y ahora remasterizada por Giles Martin, se presenta en tres álbumes dobles de material inédito, una historia en la sombra de la narrada en los documentales. Ofrecen una fascinante mirada al desarrollo inicial de las canciones que se convirtieron en obras maestras grabadas que resuenan con la misma fuerza hoy que cuando se grabaron por primera vez.
También incluye una novedad importante. Anthology 4 , recientemente editada por Giles, incluye 13 demos y grabaciones de sesión inéditas, además de otras grabaciones raras.
